I agree with the previous post whoever said this was going to be the place to live better look at the latest ads in the Beacon. They still can't find nearly neough people to live here and it is almost July, I had 4 friend sign a lease just a week ago because no place was left but here. This is
a terribel complex, don't plan on sleeping past 8:00 because of the sounds of hammering, mowing, sawing, etc. Also don't plan on having your car there when you wake up, they love to tow vehicles, I imagine they must get some nice kickbacks for every car that is towed, if your car isn't towed it will probably be broke into or vandalized. The management is terrible, if you have a problem go to the maintenance guys(who usually are only around a week or two each). Also expect a utility bill of around $125-200 if you like to run the air maybe a 1/3 of the time, ours was $230 one time and we kept the thermostat on 75(4 guys). I can't say enough bad things about here, they screwed over my friends and split them into 4 SEPERATE apartments with total strangers so they could start remodeling earlier and gave them $75 each, but they had to keep KUB bills open for the construction crew and it edned up costing them extra money, plus they lived with total strangers. Also it took us 1 month and a half after moving in to get our carpet cleaned and I was without blinds for 2 months. Overal rating: WORST place at UT or in EAST TN to live, I think i should live in Lonsdale Homes next year, it would beat Crossing Place.
