Ok, I have no relationship to the office staff whatsoever, so don't draw that conclusion from my response.... I just want to set straight that this apartment complex has really improved in the last 6 months, I was shuffled around 3 times in 3 months-- yeah, it sucked, but they knocked $50 off the rent to anyone who asked for a kickback (piece of advice---complain repectfully and you will be heard). After the major improvements the place is very nice. It's much quieter than it was as College Park, and the quality of the tennants here has improved two-fold because those people that whined and whined about everything before leaving the complex tended to be the partiers that spent their days on the balconies blowing smoke and throwing up over the rail. Overall the place is very nice now, the office staff can be helpful if you act like an adult instead of a child, and the furniture is brand new and quite nice. There are a few perks, and the bottom line is that this place is much, much, much, much cheaper than places like Sterling Heights, Jefferson Commons, and the rest of the college residences--- and all of those have their share of problems. Regardless of what these people say about the place its very livable and convenient to campus... give it a chance.

P.S. I'm inflating the score of the complex as a whole with straight fives, but my real ratings for anyone who reads through this is the following Parking-5 (tricky for guests in some areas of the complex), Noise Level-3.5, Grounds-4.5, Safety-4 (unavoidable break-ins in cars), Construction-4, maintenance-3.5, office staff-4.5, overall-4.5. It's cheap and gives you pretty much everything you'd want.
