This is the worst student housing in Knoxville for UT students. Management is rude, the security people make no difference. There are constant car burglaries and break-ins. Parties get loud and there are several apartments where it seems have a lot of high unusual traffic with unusual people in you know what I mean. Not a good place to live at all, its remodeled now, which is one plus, but it is the cheapest furniture around, the place should be converted to public housing. Maintenance will fix some things if you talk durectly to them and not management.
