Angela is Terrible, Corporate is Worse (Lisa)

If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, do NOT live here. There is not enough room to write what crossing place did to the residents of college park. Everyone in college park had individual leases, but lived with friends of his/her choosing. Crossing place took 4 bedroom apartments, and split the tenants up, placing them in random apartments so they could begin renovations that were SUPPOSSED to be completed by the time the fall semester started. Think they were finished' NOT A CHANCE. The ones that WERE marked as 'completed', were remodeled poorly (countertops sloping, poor paint jobs, broken furniture, dirty bathrooms, sticky cabinets, etc.) So one might think to go to management to fix the problems. I did. Talking to Angela is like talking to a child. She is short with residents, gives rude answers, the and worst part is, she blows them off when they leave the office. I've been in the clubhouse after a complaint has come in, and she will make a rude comment about the resident to one of the other workers, and then never do a thing about it.(Hey Angela, you might want to check ALL the areas of the clubhouse before you open your mouth after a resident leaves). The only person worth talking to in the office is Jeremy. He will either help you with your problem, or will PROFESSIONALLY tell you while it can not be done. Unfortunately, he is graduating and all of you poor residents will have to deal with your worthless manager again. Wish to talk to corporate instead' Lisa is a joke. She is just as rude as anyone else, and is motivated by money only. When I came to her with concerns about the way residents were being treated, she cared nothing about our well-being or safety. She only wanted the renovations to be finished so the money could start rolling in. The apartments are nice now, but management that cares about my safetly, and quality of life at my residence is MUCH more important. I will never refer anyone to Crossing Place. Moving out is going to be the best day of my life. My advice to all of you. GET OUT!!!! The word on the street is 'College park is buying Sterling". Move there!!! Heck, the dorms will be better than living here.
