I have lived at College Park/Crossing Place for two years now. It has to be the worst place in Knoxville to live. Please Please do take their score into consideration when considering moving in. I HAVE on more than one occasion dealt with management professionally and got nothing but rude unprofessional answers in return. So disreguard that comment that if you deal with management professionaly then it will be handled professionally. ITS A LIE! Also, I have called the management out on a few things that were unlawful and since that day I've never been treated the same. When I walk in to lay in the tanning bed no one gets up to help me. I'm a continously treated with disrespect. Truth of the matter is, I have more professionalism in my finger than the whole management staff combined. And I know more about running a business then Angela ever thought of. I can't wait to move out and not ever have to deal with the management again! Please take my word for it and DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
