Worst Place to Live in Knoxville

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I lived in College Park Apartments. The management was beyond terrible. In addition the rent was not cheap and things were constantly breaking. I witnessed two assaults, heard of one attempted rape and heard of at least 1 break-in while I lived there. The place is never quiet, it is out of control, lawless. If you know what is good for you, you will not move here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
