NOISE NOISE NOISE!!!

I've lived here for almost a year now and can't wait for the lease to end!! The noise is horrible and managment won't do anything about it. You can call the "security" gaurd but all he'll tell you is to call the police. I've complained SEVERAL times to managment about the other apt. and they have done NOTHING! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
