Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
When I moved in I had to rent a carpet cleaner because my feet turned black when I walked on the floors. I had black mold in bathroom. Cat hair everywhere. The front door had a huge gap where you could clearly see outside through. Maintaince did NOTHING! Nobody in the office cares, they just want money each month. The model looks nothing like what they give you. I would avoid living here and choose somewhere that actually responded when you have a problem. I'm moving to the grove at deane hill after this pathetic lease is up. I'll be saving money too.
