I thought these apartments were nice enough, afterall we're college students, so we don't need luxury. But, the amount of problems my roomates and I have had with our apartment is outrageous. The managers are terrible and don't know how to treat their customers with respect. They can't solve basic problems because they either don't know how or more likely don't care. My apartment has had extensive mold and mildew problems, which after weeks of arguing with management to fix it (and getting a lawyer involved) they simply painted over, which solved nothing. Also, we're unable to have hot showers for more that 2 minutes at a time, even when the water hasn't been run for hours. We have a bathroom door that won't close because the door was built too large for the frame, the fixture above the stove is slanted and probably about to fall-in general a lot of problems they don't intend to fix. Do not waste your money here; it has been a total nightmare. One person reviewd it as a nice place, saying those of us complaining are spoiled. We're not spoiled, we simply know these apartments aren't worth $415 a month, plus the additional charges management slaps you with.
