Well, It might be just my opinion, but I think College Park would be a great place to live if they would get and keep a good staff. I have been here two years and I could not tell you how many freaking managers they have been through.

About the only decent person in there is the new Black dude that sits in the front. I guess he tries to keep the peace. That or he just has not learned the ways of the two others. The two in the back like to get smart with people all the time and they curse like sailors. One time I thought this dude was going to hit the girl that does the rent and stuff. She was smarting off to him really bad and just being a compete ----- about something.

AS far as location, you can't beat it. It'r really close to the school and downtown. If I want to get tothe mall, I am there in 15 minutes. That's kind of cool.

If if could change something about the place I would have the weight room be open like 24 hours or something.
