I have lived here since 1996 and overall its been a good experiance. The property is owned by Luxury Townhouses who also owns Forest Ridge. I read the reviews of those townhouses (you should check those reviews as well) and agree with some of the compliants. Parking in my area is very limited. There is only one assigned space per unit and sometimes your spouse or roommate can't find a space, let alone a guest. I agree completely with the Forest Ridge reviews regarding maintence. Anytime I have had a problem I have to call twice. They usually fix it but it takes two phone calls. In the past, we have had trouble with the light poles being out, they only fix the bulbs when you tell them they are out, personally I don't think that's my responsibly to call them. The lighting issue is why I give such a low score on safety, otherwise the area is nice. Management staff could be friendlier. I get the feeling I'm easily replaced. When ever a unit empties some one is moving in the next week. I am very satified with the noise level. I very rarely hear my neighbors and even then I can barely hear someone walking down the stairs or the front door shut. The floor plan isn't the greatest, but for the price and a nice looking home that you can't hear your neighbors its pretty nice. I have leaved here for 6 years so obviously I'm pleased. We looked all over West Knoxville before we moved here and this is the best place for the price.
