Eagle Pointe
AVERAGE RATING

I considered moving here because my brother lives in Eagle Point II. I loved the lady who showed me around. Her name is "Penny". She was very nice to me and my son. She even bought him a juice from the Powerade Machine which may I add is our favorite drink and can be found outside the fitness center near the pool. I loved the clubhouse. It?s beautifully decorated with well paid for antiques and has a bar, poolroom, fireplace and library. I then went from there to visit another property they own called Forest Ridge Apartments. She showed me a 3 BR 2.5 layout plan. The maintenance crew was installing brand new ceiling fans in all rooms except the bathrooms and they were painting. The carpet I fell in love with. It looks exactly like soft white cotton or snow on the ground! The stairway leading to the bedrooms is spiral and kid safe if they are watched (luckily my son had his venture with the steps so he has no problems anywhere with them!!!!). I was there a long time and did not hear much from the next door neighbors. When I visit my brothers I hear very little or nothing as well. I do have one complaint and that is parking. The average family own two cars and there is assigned parking for only 1 car. Even where I live we have assigned spaces for 2 or more cars with absolutley no problem. I will probably move in here the spring or summer of 2004 when my lease is up. All in all I loved the place and give it a premature 4.59 out of 5.0.
