TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I MOVED IN NEEDING NEW CARPET, DISH WASHER DIDNT WORK, THE BACK DOOR FACING WAS ROTTED AWAY. THE PATTIO WAS BLACK WITH MILDEW. THE APARTMENT PEOPLE WERE VERY UNCONCERNED ABOUT ALL OF THIS. i HAVE BEEN PERIODICALLY STOPING IN TO ASK THEM TO FIX THIS OR THAT AND HAVE NOT GOT ANTY RESPONSE BACK EITHER GOOD OR BAD. I WOULD DEFINATELY STEER ANYONE I KNOW FROM RENTING HERE AT EAGLE POINTE. see response. these guys are such a joke. I am so disatisfied with the whole bunch. I now have to suffer with their beligerent attitude for 7 more months. They act as if they are doing you a huge faver to live there! such a sad joke - they are

well now my perimeter alarm goes off continuously every 9 seconds 24/7 (for 3 days now. I went to see them about it - they got mad because i pressed 4 on the recored phone answering machine which told me to press 4 for maint. emergency. do you think if it were their alarm going off every 10 sec continuously that they might deem that an emergency? These guys must have it in for me?? you tell me.

Both of the residents that have slandered in this review were pending evictions and trashed their apartments. We were their neighbors beside one of them and saw it first hand.

To the person saying their alarm keeps going off heres a tip: the batteries are low, and all you have to do to turn these alarms off is shut off the fuse that goes to the laundry room; then turn the fuse arm back so your w/d will work. See, living here, you can feel safe with an alarm, when all a bad guy has to do is flip the fuse box switch marked laundry room and then continue to rob or kill you.
