I was not very pleased with the short time I spent at Eagle Point. The apartments are old and the appliances are beat to death & don't work that well. My apartment ALWAYS had overgrown bushes that made it difficult to get to. I finally borrowed a hedger and cut them myself as I grew tired of trying to get the management to do it. During the 1 year I lived there, I had really high water bills due to a leaky toilet that never seemed to get repaired propertly. My A/C went out - twice - during the summer months and was off for 4 days while they tried to fix it. Overall, my impression is that the management company is greedy, doesn't seem willing or even want to invest in their property to keep it up. The appliances should have been replaced years ago. I found it lacking in many ways, especially when you consider the amount of rent they ask. Its sad, but from what I understand it went downhill when Stephen Bell Management took over.
