If you want lots of bugs, slow maintence, and rude staff, then this is the place for you! When I looked at the model unit, it was very nice, but when I moved in my apartment wasn't even in the same section as the model I looked at, it was in the older section.. but they 'conviently' didn't mention that part. I couldn't believe they would deceive people like that. They were old, cheap looking and poorly built, and the grounds look horrible. I think the rude staff is the worst part; the management does not care one bit about their residents. They are all very rude and disrecpectful even. I have had so many problems in this place, and maintence literally took months at one point to come fix things. There was mold in the cabinets... the bugs are terrible, and they don't even have regular pest control for each unit, you have to call each week if you want your apartment sprayed. Even if you get on the 'regular' pest control list, you still have to call to remind them. The workout room is nice and they claim you could save on a gym membership, but the machines are always broken. If the machines actually worked I would say the gym was probably the best thing about the place. It was really a big headache dealing with these people, I can't wait to get out of here.

Ok, you are retarded. When you moved into Eagle Pointe, you should have told someone you weren't happy with the location they put you in. They own 4 or 5 properties and I was told that if I wasn't satisfied with the place I was supposed to move into I could pick a different unit. They would have moved you to a different apartment if you would have been smart enough to ask. Also, once in a place if there is something that is not working correctly or isn't what you planned on... tell someone and they will probably come fix it. My sliding screen door was not closing right the day I moved in. They came and fixed it right away as expected. They also fixed the alarm that didn't work. So yes, a few things were not perfect, but they made sure to take care of them.
