Whoever posted this review has either never been to Eagle Pointe or they hold a serious grudge. Firstly, parking is 5/5 easy. I live in a two car household, however, we have frequent visitors and parking has never been a problem. We have two assigned spots in front, one in the back, ample guest spots, and a plethora of other places to park. Maintenance, although not often prompt, follows through and makes sure the problem is fixed. No issues with noise or construction in my neighborhood, but maybe this reviewer lived in a different Eagle Pointe. The grounds are definitely much better than a 1 out of 5. They frequently redo landscaping, and it is always visually appealing. No qualms against the office staff either, as they are cordial and efficient.
