Eagle Pointe and Courtyards are far the worst experience I ever had in Knoxville. They are rude, racist, and extremely aggressive. They would harrass you if you are 1 day behind but they would not fix anything for you. They just want your money. The most unfriendly people ever. The apartments are extremely expensive. The gates are always broken. The toilets have serious major problems, get clogged, you touch the water wipping your but, if you call maintanance to fix something they would not come for weeks or months. All their employees are rude and racist. Disgusting! I would rather live in a shelter.

I have lived at Eagle Pointe for 1 year now. I have never experienced any of the things that were mentioned above. But, I always pay my rent on time. If I experienced water "wipping my but" I would unclog the toilet myself. If this didn't work, then I could call maintenance who would promptly show up to my door within a maximum of 3 days as they always do any time I have to call them.
Once I had a maintenance issue that needed to be resolved quickly... they were at my door with no hesitation during their off time.
Overall, this has been my favorite place to live in Knoxville.

I agree that the staff are rude and just want your money. They couldn't care less about you, they are only 'nice' (nice meaning fake) as long as they get their money, but if you have a problem then you see their real personalities come out. Some don't even bother to hide their rudeness, but of course you just have to deal with it. They should remember they are making their money off of us, the tenants who live here.
