Eagle Pointe

Notice the dates on the rest of the reviews... they're all OLD. I currently live at Eagle Pointe and honestly, like all apartments, you have your problems. Sometimes maintenance is a bit slow to fix something. My biggest complaint is actually that a few pieces of machinery in the weight room are broken and in all the months I've lived here they have not been fixed. But, of all the problems there could possibly be with an apartment, I'm happy that its not something much worse. The staff is friendly and they keep to themselves. I have only payed rent late once, but I certainly wasn't harassed like the last person said they were... maybe they consistently were late on rent, who knows. In my apartment, the living room is sort of small but the master bedroom is HUGE so it all evens out. :]
Oh, one more thing, very important. There are lots of kids living at Eagle Pointe... high school aged kids who spend much of their day hanging around the parking lot, weight room, and playground. Things DO get stolen out of cars!! So if you do move here make it a HABIT to lock your doors. My boyfriend's backpack with a $1700 laptop was stolen from our unlocked door in the middle of the night WHILE WE SAT IN THE LIVING ROOM WATCHING MOVIES. I have my reasons to believe the backpack was stolen by some kids. Either way, things are likely to get stolen anywhere you go. You always have your good people and your bad people, your good things and bad things... So don't expect Eagle Pointe to be perfect... but take my honest word for it, I am overall happy with this place after living here for a year. :]
