Im somewhat shocked reading some of the reviews here. This is the third apartment complex I have lived at in Knoxville and by far the best. The buildings are well built and maintained. Maintenance is responsive. They usually come by in the same day. I did have an issue with mold in my kitchen, but the maintenance staff had a new floor, dishwasher, cabinet, and disposal in within a week. I didnt even ask for a new disposal, the maintenance guy saw that it was old and on the verge so he replaced it anyway.

The staff is great as well. They will work with you if you have issues. They also have a fairly flexible pet policy which is nice (we have 3 cats. NOBODY will let you have 3 pets of any kind these days). I have never experienced the rudeness that other people commented on, but then again I always pay my rent on time.

The biggest noise complaint that I have is the moronic ice cream truck that drives through at 5PM every day. Seriously' Its dinner time...no one is going to give their kid ice cream money then...go away.

The only real issue is the ding on parking. For some reason (I think someone mentioned fire codes) they have those concrete parking space bumpers in front of the walkway to each unit. It seriously makes about 1/4 of the parking spaces useless to anything bigger than a Smartcar. Even my Audi sticks out uncomfortably far in that spot. Be warned that while you do have numbered spots in front of your unit, most units only have 2, so if you have 3 cars your probably screwed.
