I lived at East Towne Village Apartments for 5 years and paid an expensive pet security deposit. When I moved out they kept my security deposit and charged me an additional charge to have the carpet replaced in the unit I occupied. The carpet was clean when I left but was not new or in very good shape when I moved in. They stated they tested the carpet for urine and found it to be positive. This was not in my lease. The office personnel are not nice people at all. They have bad pernal skills and just don't represent any business well. They are forever leaving nasty notes on all doors about things that someone else in the complex did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. Additionally, my bathtub and sinks in both bathrooms were rusted. There was no pad under the carpet and the doors were not weather proofed well at all. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
