I do have to admit the only reason I liked the apartments was the convience and thats all. There was a time that we had to complain about our eletrical outlet in the kitchen that went out and when we called to complain that came and check out the outlet and said it was hooked up wrong and was never fixed. Isnt that very dangerous' Oh, and if you like your floors shaking from the neighboors below then I would recommend getting that nice little one bedroom with fireplace on the top level. Also if you like earring your neighboor flush thier toliet and take shower I would recommend. These are things you always find out afterwards. And the whole security deposit..We ended up having to pay a couple of hundred dollars because we covered up the nasty rust on our tub with tub and tile paint and they told us they would get an estimate on the repairs but would be a minimum of $500.00 now if Im not mistaking how would they know it would cost that'' Yes, I was in the wrong for painting but do you really think it cost that much or that they really had to replace everything tub and tile'' You can remove the paint with a harsh adbrasive and I asked if we could do that but they refused for us to correct it or go back to the apartment to look at why they thought it was so bad. Also $30 to replace a blind that you know would only cost $15 at Walmart. And the biggest kicker they never notified us of final charges until they want to send it to collections within 10 days of we dont respond. It is all crazy and we are disputing everything and are becoming more educated about our rights.
