I've lived here for approximately 1 year and compared to other complexes in the area, this place comes highly recommended. The apartments are nice and roomy--have two bathrooms in all the 2 bedrooms, and a washer/dryer connection. That's unusual for apartments. Maintenance is promptly responsive and always very nice. The ladies in the office are courteous and seem to know everyone by name. The rent is decently priced--$590 for a 2 bedroom. I think ETV is a great place to live.
