Cons:
The apartments are dated. They are around 20 years old and some apartments still have original flooring. They told me the carpet was new but come to find out it was around 6 years old. The nails in the floor board are coming up through the linoleum in the bathroom and I asked them to replace the linoleum and all they did was hammer down the nails and cover up the hole marks with caulk. The noise is awful...I can hear all my neighbors...darks barking constantly, doors being slammed in the parking lot, people talking. I'm on the 3rd floor and I can feel when other people are walking, it shakes my furniture.

Pros:
They keep the grounds nice, no trash laying around in parking lots. The pool area is small but it's nicely kept and the gym, sauna, and jaccuzi is a plus. The apartment units are spacious. I have queen size bed with plenty of room around it. The closet space is pretty nice.
