I moved to Forest Ridge from out-of-town because I didn't know much about Knoxville and I wanted to live in a townhouse.
I have found the staff to be very helpful but there are some problems with the apartment.

First of all my upstairs bedroom walls are paper thin and I can hear the conversations of my neighbors outside as if they are in the same room with me.

Also, the parking is very narrow and someone is always parking in my assigned space, forcing me to park in someone else's assigned space.

I have also had some electrical problems and my walls are chipping and cracking.

These apartments cost too much to have so many problems.
