I live in Autumnwood which is managed by Forest Ridge. Glad to see I am not the only one who is miserable living here. The kids are a nightmare. If you have children and want them hurt have them come here. Mgmt. has sent out several notices about having children in the middle of the road playing. Where are the parents as well and why are they not getting in trouble for letting there children run wild. I have almost hit 5 of them from riding out in front of my car and playing in my parking spot.
The apt has so many problems from day 1 I have had to call mgmt to fix something and usually multiple times and you know what they still aren't fixed. I just have learned to deal with it-- and I shouldn't have to. You want to come home to relax and not worry when you rent this is not the case in LTM property. If you are going to charge so much for rent look at for your tenants and make them happy.
