Flood Prone and expensive

This area flooded several years ago, you might have seen it on the front page of USA TODAY. It killed one man and another lost his leg in the mudslide caused by the floods. Although we haven't had any problems that severe lately, it still floods often. Too pricey if you ask me and maintainace is hardly ever very helpful.
