I have lived in the Autumnwood Apartment complex for two years now, they are supposidly managed my Forest Ridge. We are the red hedded step child!
Loud neighbors are a common thing if you live in project homes or on campus. Our new 19 year old neighbor has been thrown out of the college dorms, so they rent him an apartment - and what does he do - MOVE THE PARTY TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! Asking him to be quiet is getting us no where - asking the management for help is getting us there even faster - we have even called the cop's - no luck there either! There is underage (16year old girls) drinking and partying all nite! IT NEEDS TO STOP! My rent is almost $700.00 a month - my apartment has been broken into - and my children and i were playing kickball in the yard and someone complained - so now we don't! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD - PICK ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!

This is a misleading review. The author states he's living in a different complex, which might be managed by the same company (might not, based on the name of the management company). Clearly the author has problems, but it's not at all clear that the problems are relevant to this complex.
