We have lived at Forest Ridge for almost a year, and have been pretty happy with our experience. The office staff has always been friendly and maintenance has responded very quickly to any issues we have had. We plan on renewing our lease.

I've lived in several apartments in the Knoxville area, the Forest Ridge community has been my favorite. I would recommend Forest Ridge to others.
