Management at Forest Ridge is a joke. My concerns were never addressed unless I voiced them numerous times. There is no professionalism in that office. They are rude and not very intelligent. They have an overblown ego concerning Forest Ridge and there is no cause whatsoever. I had to go to a Regional Manager a number of times, and even had to email corporate just to have some concerns addressed. I would not recommend Forest Ridge to my worst enemy.
