I have lived here for almost a year now and I can understand some of the frustrations. I had some problems with my apartment but I have to say most were handled pretty efficiently except for 1. The complex is for the most part quiet, except for some ignorant tenants in the area that have no consideration for others when talking outside at 12AM not caring if it is disturbing anyone who needs to be up for work the next morning. Also there are rules but unfortunately not everyone abides by them and they are not totally enforced, which makes it bad for those that do.. I have mixed emotions on the staff, there are some who are helpful and understanding but also one's that are not. For some reason I think I know who everyone is talking about in the office that seems to be the rudest and least helpful, so take that as you will. There are moments when I simply enjoy the quiet on my patio and the complex for the most part is kept up very nicely. I guess some things can't be controlled like the neighbor with the noisy muffler on his cycle, or the adults who drink beer with their feet in the baby pool leaving no room for the children, or the one's who instead of having 2 guest for their apartment have a few more and move all the chairs all over the pool not caring if they block where you need to walk by or not. It's not easy keeping control of such a large complex which so many different species of tenants and I am sure it's not the easiest job around.. I owned rental apartments at one time and not nearly as many as what is in the complex and it was a nightmare. I do get angry when I see a FREE RENT sign outside for new tenants and no incentive for the current tenants to feel appreciated and wanting to stay.. I may have to move when my lease is up only because of medical bills, unless I can get into a smaller unit for less money. So those are my mixed emotions. But all in all.. Forest Ridge has been a good experience for me..
