I lived at FSM for 3 years and loved it. It's quiet and the hardwood floors and courtyard are beautiful. Its convenient to campus, downtown and is two blocks away from the bus line. Get yourself a bike and you'll seldom have to drive, no kidding! The maintenance staff and management are very nice and helpful. My only minor complaints are that there is little storage space, the kitchen was pretty small and needed some updating and during the fall season the neighborhood gets taken over by football fans 8 saturdays a year.
