I found that the staff and accomodations are quite wonderful when you are searching for apartments or signing your initial lease. I did also note that staff willingness to help, response times for maintenance, and other services including courtesy seemed to dwindle upon time for lease renewal. I decided based upon this fact that it was time to move.

A few maintenance issues occurred where I had documented up to 5 calls and often including a personal visit to obtain service on a "major" maintenance issue.

Safety is great here. It is relatively quiet for an apartment. The actual maintenance staff is very easy to deal with...the management is slightly more difficult sometimes. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
