We have resided here for four years and four months to date. We are extremely satisfied. There is very little noise and friendly neighbors. Management responds quickly to any needs we have i.e. replaced disposal when it quit working, leaky faucet fixed, etc. The maintenance fellas are very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Regular maintenance schedules are performed on sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, filter replacement, pest control,fire alarm batteries, etc. The grounds maintenance is also very good and done in a timely manner. At one time parking was a bit of a problem but that has been rectified.
We would recommend Foxlake Condominiums to anyone interested in a good place to live.
