Cons: Apt. was too small for us. Not enough closets/storage. Walls too thin.

Pros: The area of the complex where we were was wonderful. The neighbors were friendly and everyone got along very well. I always felt safe. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. When we weren't entirely sure when we were going to move out, the staff was great at working with us. The maintenance men were helpful and timely. Though we felt cramped in the apartment, I would recommend them because of how safe we felt and how friendly everyone was. The people in the office were the same the whole time we were there and have worked there for years. That should tell you that it's not a bad place to work.

If you have to live in an apartment complex in Knoxville, TN, in that price range, you could do a lot worse.
