Just moved here in July, but am extremely happy so far. When my water heater went out a couple months ago the manager had someone there to fix it within 30 minutes. It was unbelieveable compared to places I have lived in the past. The washer/dryer that comes with each apartment is def an added bonus. The entire complex is extremely nice from the landscaping to the pool area. Also very convienent to UT campus/downtown.
