Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
When I moved in they said it was really quiet and nice --- and they would do anything tomake me happy. Neighbor was really really noise and the manager wouldn't do anything about it. It didnt' seem like she had any authority. Could hear right through the walls. Also --- I had an air conditioning problem that took 3 times to fix. I cannot recommend it. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
