Office staff is pretty friendly, but nothing above anywhere else i've lived. The quality of construction of the apartments is poor and maintenance is weak. Although the setting/location and security is good, the price is way too high for the quality of living. And don't fall for the "Lake" selling point...it's a little retention pond.
