My sister and I have lived here for the past three years and we are happy overall. The management has changed and we don't feel like it is as good as it used to be. The maintenance is very prompt and they keep the place fairly clean. The pool area is always clean, but one complaint I have is that they closed the pool one year during late spring to paint and it took them a long time to finish. We don't really understand why they didn't paint during winter.

The neighbors are friendly. They are mostly young families with young children, and they are all really sweet. It is a safe place for kids. The complex has pet stations, but we still seem to find problems with lazy pet owners. The walls are paper thin, so noise can be a problem. We can hear our neighbor talk from our rooms and we can even hear coughing, but the neighbors around us are pretty quiet.

The complex also has neighborhood events including, massage appointments, breakfasts, discount pizza, etc. Pest control also comes monthly and they let you know when they will come to your apartment.

The location is great...it's close to the mall and turkey creek. Also, they had to re-do our balcony (it had cracks in it) and they reduced our rent by $50 per month until they repaired it. Overall a great place to live.
