PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! if you come home after 7 pm, expect to walk 2 or 3 buildings away to get parking. people park in handicapped, firelanes, and on the grass!!! neighbors are nice, but it seems more teens are moving in, which does creat noise. i had to call the police on a few occasions. maintanance is very fast, but the thing is, there are alot of reasons for them to come. garbage disposal broke, AC broke, bug problem. staff is ok. a little more friendly before you sign the papers though. the head one seems VERY fake and two faced. second down is kinda fake and two faced. third one down has always been nice. once we got all the issues fixed from our initial move in, there hasn't been much wrong. i would rate it, maybe at a 5 star if it wasn't for the parking. because lets be honest, you expect some noise with apt living. staff can't be crazy friendly 24/7, but the parking isn't even ok, its terrible. oh, and it sucks that if you want upstairs, you MUST get a fireplace you don't want, and you have to pay more for it. pet fees are too high too. i shoulda lied.

I wonder why the owners of this complex hasnt removed the MANAGER of the place..she sounds like a complete Control FREEK! with no tact what so ever..... How did someone like this get in that position????????????????????????????????
