do NOT get fooled. the staff are a bunch of fake Paris Hilton wanna-be's. They are terribly rude. The apartment is falling apart. Carpet needs to be replaced BAD. We are seldomly home, and still after only 1 year our carpet is destroyed. Parking is a joke unless you come home at 4pm and don't leave. Maintanance is retarded and don't know how to fix everyday problems. Bugs are all over our place. Ants, spiders. And I'm talking a colony, not just a stray ant or two. Fireplace blows cold air all winter so we had to shove blankets up it. This place has sucked from day 1. Look elsewhere, or buy a house for the absurd rent prices. 970 for a small bug filled apartment you need to park 2 miles away from to get to. My car has been vandalized numerous times. Tires slit randomly. Stray animals have actually ran into my apartment when I come home at night. Almost mauled my kitten. Lights are out making it feel unsafe at night. Fire alarm tests are done at 8 am, and when asked why they would do it so early, they said "read your lease, quiet time is over at 8." How rude. Then at 8 in the morning, while people are sleeping, they bang hard on your doors demanding to come in to check the fire alarms and they don't stop until you open up.
