I recently moved to the area and was told to check out several specific places. This one was rated by friend as in the top 3 in K-ville. The place seemed right for me....but I started out being irritated bc no one would ever answer the phone. I finally just showed up. I spoke with someone who had the communication skills of a 10yr old...which was fitting bc the office was filled with 10yr olds. One office lady was so preoccupied with the kids that they were sitting on her lap and she was playing a game with them on the computer. I waited. The young lady finally drug herself away from playtime to answer a few quick questions and didnt go any farther into any detail. I left thinking...it was the worst customer service I'd ever received from a place of business. Top 3' Not for me.
