Pay attention here people..I lived in this place for 5 years.I seen it when it was a nice and affordable and CUSTOMER friendly place to live.Since it changed Management Co. twice. It has gone to ----... the only thing we had going for us was the location,which is great! From that it goes down hill,and you have NO RECOURSE..there is no debate over decrepancies or mis-understandings.. One thing has stayed constant.. the Manager. They have a tremendous turnover in staff.. but upper Management needs to look at the common denominator..the Manager.
The work out room was a disaster for a year and a half..nothing worked. The security gate might work 30% of the time.. the nice pool was over taken by a bunch of Hoodlum punks for a whole summer..while the Manager did nothing to change that problem..Lots of tenants left over that..Taking kids to the pool was at best..Hi-risk!
All these things we pay high dollar for..but most dont work,or are in half ready condition..
Then we have the water bill to deal with,that no one can explain how each apt is calculated to pay.. It appears that we all share the cost of the thousands of gallons that go down the sewer drains because the sprinkler system is faulty and instead of spraying..it just gushes a 1 inch flow of water down the pavement and into the drains..
To get a simple repair fixed.. forget it.Do it yorself!!
But on to the biggest and most important issue at these apts.. The Manager -----..
She is by far the sorriest excuse for a Customer Service Manager I(and most of the tenents)have ever seen!!! Unless your in her small list of friends there,you will be told very quickly her half-cocked answer to whatever your problem may be.She charges the "in" group a different rate for same units,may not charge for your garage,or even let you go a while without paying at all...if your "close" enough.
People read all the post here.. this site is known of by very few people... I cant imagine how bad her reviews would be if this site gets well known...
or..if anyone knew how to reach her Supervisor... anyone know this answer''

The management company was different then, but they were pretty nice. I hope these people will be too.

yes this all is true she is she told my husband in july she was getting new tits and she would show him if he wanted and she is sleeping with the courtesy officer thats why he dont have to do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You nailed it here!!! The manager "Staci" is the real problem here. She couldn't manage here way out of a paper bag. I wodner how she keeps her job. (I've got some ideas ;) ) Since Staci came on board the place has gone down hill. It wouldn't surprize me if I learned she actually works for another property and is just trying to drive this one into the ground. She is super fake ! She always wears that fake smile on her face and her correspondance is pathetic. Spelling errors and grammer of a 4th grader. When I turned in my notice she made no attempt to retain me. I guess a crack heads money is more important than mine. Look around when you drive onto the property. The renters at this property have gone down hill as well. I've got some great picture psotings coming as well. Thanks to whoever you are for just telling it like it is. Staci is the problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
