If I acted the way the manager and staff does here, I would be fired, and or cause my company unwanted customer satisfaction calls, letters, and e-mail. Makes me ashamed, as I take pride in my job, they don't, so, oviously they have no pride in their own self.

Before you even think about signing that rental agreement, take the time to walk around and try and speak to people, you will learn more than you want to you!

Overrated, over priced, poor maintenance, and a staff that doesn't give a hoot if your need's are met, only theirs. Office staff children running amcuk and unattended destroying the property. Maintenance men playing on the golf cart, or just driving around aimlessly. Takes forever to get them into your apartment to do repairs, then you have to call again as they didn[t fix it or do anything right the first time. Spiders galore, aspray works for a few days, then there are twice as many than when you sprayed. Energy efficient my hiney, drafts under door, window's leaking. Grout coming up in front entrance way.

Oh yea, and they care about you, love the sign right before and right after rent is due, and remind you that rent is due, well, I will get right on that once you actually fix the crap that needs to, wouldn't fly, but, that is how you feel. $100 more a month now here for the same apartment I came into last year.

Leaving here as soon as I can, will go back to a prior apartment community, as I can live without the closet space and kitchen space for a lower rent any day, especially when these "luxury" apartment homes equal the quality.
