I have lived in Heritage Lake for a little over 8 months now with my Fiance and we LOVE IT. I have never had a problem with any of the neighbors. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly. Stacy in particular has always been very helpful with everything and always goes out of her way to make sure the residents are happy. The apartment have great layouts and are very spacious! LOTS OF STORAGE to which are a great perk! The maintenance people are always very friendly and fast. I feel very safe in the apartment complex and they have double dead bolted locks which are GREAT! To anyone that is unsure about moving in you shouldn't be I LOVE LIVING HERE and so will you! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

wow! thats a shocker.. are you related to the Management or what? Id say from the rest of the results,just stick around.... you may change your mind. Or better yet..tell us your problem that you took to Stacie,and she ruled in your favor... anything? or you just speaking from the hip?

I would like to clarify that i ended up on this site during a search of options as we needed to find a larger apartment. I noticed the reviews and wanted to express my opinions regarding the pleasant experiences that we have had living here. After reviewing our options and talking to Stacy about the possibility of moving into a larger apartment here not only was she very helpful of showing us our options she has done much to accommodate our needs and meet our dates but has also made the transitions seem almost effortless for us.

Ummm...I have always paid my rent on time. However, I have called for maintenance, waited, which is fine, but, if you got service in 2 days, your one of the luckiest people in that apartment complex. We waited 2 months for a part on one item, and then 3 months for another issue, and it wasn't done right! Give me a break, unless you live in denial, just wait. Besides that, I have lived elsewhere, lower rent, only difference is kitchen size, and bedrooms are larger as is the living room. I should have stayed there, but, I thought these would be nicer since they were newer, boy was I wrong. Also, once you are rude to your residents, as Stacy was to my daughter, no, you don't get very far with me. Sorry for the typos in my earlier post, fingers flying too quick! It has to be a friend of the office, or, one of them responding here. That's the whole reason for this site, to rate the apartments, to either help people searching for a decent place to live, or avoid. Isn't it obvious? How did you end up here? If you have no complaints, I would really like to know how you found this site. OK, why are you taking the time to respond to folks that do complain? Guess you need to spruce up your life too? Get over yourself, and get a life, as I moved in here because of this site, and I didn't go by what the comments stated, I moved here because of the location, being newer than most, and thought not all comments could be right. Just because you have not had anything wrong, don't judge others who have, it's our honest opinion, and no one has to go by that. Same as what you have said about it being great, you??????re a young couple, so, you fit in with all the college kids and partying. And as I stated above, Stacy was downright rude to my daughter as she came in with the note we had on our door about a package waiting for her. She went and asked Stacy for her package, Stacy said she didn't remember that name on any package, how did she know she had one, she explained again, and held the note up, that this was left on our door. She rolled her eyes, got up, looked in there and said there was nothing, and said she had to wait for UPS to come back. So, as she turned to leave, he came in, and she asked him. He walked with her to the closet they keep the packages in, and just reached in and said, "its right here!?" She left and told me what happened when I got home, and apologized to ME, as she was afraid she done something wrong taking the note to get her package, as maybe she wasn't allowed to as I am the parent. It's all a crapshoot people, but you can bet I will ask people as I drive around another complex and speak with several residents and ask, not just a few, but several.

omg you had a problem with a package too? We had a problem with ours and never saw it. Over $100 worth of items for xmas vanished.
