Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
i've lived at this complex for about 6 months and have absolutely no compliants. maintenance was quick to fix the only problem i had (under 4 hours). there were a few bugs when i moved in, but that was taken care of very well. if i move back to knoxville, i'll probably stay here again.
