Trust me, the gym is the LEAST of your worries. Good choice not renting there.

Good choice, this property is getting absolutley desperate and they do not care whom they rent to. Last summer they rented to about 30 guys who installed alarm systems. They were nothing short of loud,rude and obnoxious. I could not even take my girlfriend and son to the pool as it was crowded with those drunks on the weekends. Honestly when I first moved in Heritage Lake was really nice and the maintenace crew kept things up well. Since then a comapny called Resource Residential has taken over and they are completely incompetent of maintaining the property to he high standard that it was once at. The management there couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag if they had to so Im not surprized with the tactic they tried. Take it from someone who live there for 2.5 years, you made the right decision of not renting their and your money is better spent elsewhere. BTW, how did you like the canned response they posted ?
