Not too shabby

The rates overall are very reasonable. I've not had any problems with all the supposed "noise" and none of my neighbors are crackheads. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and everything worked properly. There was, however, a slight smell, which has since gone away. I guess no one lives next to my apartment since I've not heard much noise. Of course I hear the people upstiars, but so does my boyfriend in his apartment, and supposedly his is much better than mine (according to this website.) I'd recommend it. It's a good deal for living so close to campus. The only downfall is that you have to pay a huge deposit for your electricity to be turned on. Not fun. Ladies: The fixtures in the vanity (which is huge) are very pretty and the shuttered doors and paneling in the bathroom give you a beach house feel. Just a tidbit for those that like pretty things. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
