This place needs a lot of work on keeping it safe. I'm on 12th street, and we have a neighborhood crackhouse that gets busted about once every 3-4 weeks, which provides ample entertainment for the residents of the building, but it's not so great for our safety. My neighbors are obnoxious and have vandalized my car several times since I moved in. Management hasn't done much about their noise, and I've been here for 9 months. I can hear everything that is said by anyone within 10 feet of my front window. Windows are very thin and need to be replaced. Apartment itself is very nice with clean new carpet and fully functional appliances. Price is a bit high, and the apartments are very small, but that's probably because it's so close to campus.

If you don't mind the singing drunk neighbors at 4 AM on a Tuesday morning and the crackheads, it's a good place for you!
