First of all, they do not follow their three noise complaints and you are evicted rule. The guy that lives below me plays rap music so loud at 2 am that it shook pictures off my wall and scared my dog. I complained and complained and the people that live on either side of him complain, and he is still there. Also, because I get paid weekly, after thanksgiving I was $70 short for rent. So I paid the $300 on the first, and then when I got paid 2 days after rent was due, I paid them the other $70 and they tried to charge me a full late fee. They finally agreed to let me only pay the fee on the $70. Also, they were running specials when they moved in, but didn't keep track of them in their books and came back on me multiple times saying I owed them money when I didn't and I would have to go and argue with them. My apartment was nice for an efficiency, but there is no kitchen, just a closet with a mini sink, range, refridgerator and 3 cabinets. But, it is really close to campus and was basically the only place around there that would allow pets. It's not the worst place to live, but it could be a heck of a lot better.
