I am currently living here and many of these reviews ring true...I've had to have the maintenance guy come about eight times or so in the past six months. And the problems (clogged sink, leaky shower faucets, crappy fridge) still aren't fixed. They do not enforce their "poop scooping" policy for dogs when they use the bathroom in the tiny strips of grass we have here. My dog hates to even walk in the grass because of all the poop still laying around. Neighbors are terribly loud. Had the same experience as someone else as far as neighbors setting off firecrackers and fearing it was a gunshot. Also correct: all the dumpster divers/homeless people. The apartments themselves are very old with expensive heating. Every closet door in my apt. is broken or off the track. The managers are nice though.
